Warranty and Complaint Terms / Effective from 01.06.2021

Part I: Terms and Conditions

1. General Provisions:

The following Terms and Conditions regulate, in accordance with § 1751 paragraph 1 of Act No. 89/2012 Coll., the Civil Code (hereinafter referred to as the “Civil Code”), the legal relationship between the seller and the buyer in the area of goods sales. This includes, in particular, textiles, textile and leather accessories, bamboo products, and other goods sold by the company George and Stephen, s.r.o., ID No. 08397503 (hereinafter referred to as the “Seller”) and its business partners (hereinafter referred to as the “Buyer”).

The online shop is operated by the Seller at the website located at www.mrmango.cz through its web interface.

By placing an order, the Buyer confirms that they have read and agreed, without reservation, to these Terms and Conditions, including the Warranty and Complaint Terms, which form an integral part of these terms.

These Terms and Conditions apply to purchases made in the www.mrmango.cz online shop.

The Seller reserves the right to modify or supplement the wording of the Terms and Conditions. Such changes do not affect rights and obligations arising during the validity of the previous version of the Terms.

These Terms and Conditions and any relationships arising from them are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic.

2. Definitions:

Consumer Contract – a purchase contract, contract for work, or other agreement where one party is a consumer and the other is a supplier or seller.

The company is registered in the Commercial Register maintained by the Municipal Court in Prague, Section C, File 317574. The Seller is an entrepreneur engaged in the sale of dried fruit, nuts, fruit snacks, and related products. The Seller is a VAT payer.

Buyer – a consumer or a business entity.

3. Order and Contract Conclusion

All orders placed through the online shop www.mrmango.cz are binding. By submitting the order, the Buyer confirms that they have read these Terms and Conditions, including the Warranty and Complaint Terms, and accept them without reservation.

The contract between the Seller and the Buyer is concluded at the moment the Seller confirms the order via email. From this moment, mutual rights and obligations arise between the Seller and the Buyer.

The Buyer is obliged to provide correct and truthful information when ordering. The information necessary for fulfilling the order (especially delivery address, email, and phone number) will be considered correct.

The Seller is not liable for any issues caused by incorrectly provided information by the Buyer.

4. Price and Payment Terms

All prices listed in the e-shop are final, including VAT, unless stated otherwise. The Seller reserves the right to change prices without prior notice. The valid price is the one listed on the website at the time of order placement.

Payment for the goods can be made in the following ways:

  • Online payment in advance (by card, bank transfer, etc.)

  • Cash on delivery (if available)

  • In special cases, by prior agreement – payment by invoice

The Seller reserves the right to require payment in advance, especially for larger orders or from new customers.

5. Delivery Terms

Goods are delivered via contracted carriers (such as Zásilkovna or GLS), or may be picked up in person at the company’s warehouse address:

Opening hours: Mon–Thu 8:00–15:00, Fri 8:00–14:00

Delivery time depends on product availability and carrier speed. The standard delivery period is 2–5 business days from payment confirmation.

If the Buyer selects personal pickup, the goods will be ready within 1–2 business days, and they will be notified via email or phone.

6. Withdrawal from the Contract

In accordance with the Civil Code (§1829), the Buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason within 14 days of receiving the goods.

To exercise this right, the Buyer must notify the Seller in writing (by letter or email) and return the goods in their original condition – unused and in undamaged packaging.

The cost of returning the goods is borne by the Buyer. After receiving the returned goods, the Seller will refund the amount paid within 14 days using the same payment method the Buyer used.

Part II. Warranty and Complaint Terms

Valid from 01.06.2021

1. Warranty Conditions

The warranty period begins on the date the goods are received by the Buyer. The standard warranty period is 24 months, unless otherwise stated.

The warranty covers only manufacturing defects or material faults that were present at the time of delivery. It does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear,

  • Damage caused by improper use, storage, or maintenance,

  • Mechanical damage caused by the Buyer,

  • Damage caused by natural disasters or force majeure.

2. Complaint Procedure

If a Buyer finds a defect, they must notify the Seller without undue delay by sending a written complaint via email to eshop@mrmango.cz, or by post to:

The complaint should include:

  • Buyer’s contact details,

  • Order/invoice number,

  • Description of the defect,

  • Photographic documentation (if applicable).

3. Resolution of Complaint

The Seller will assess the complaint and respond within 30 calendar days of its receipt.

Depending on the nature of the defect, the Buyer may request:

  • Repair of the product (if possible),

  • Replacement with a new, defect-free product,

  • Reasonable discount from the purchase price,

  • Withdrawal from the contract (refund).

If the complaint is accepted, the cost of return shipping will be reimbursed to the Buyer.

If the complaint is rejected, the goods will be returned to the Buyer at their own expense.

Final Provisions

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic.

All disputes arising out of or in connection with the contract shall be resolved preferably by mutual agreement. If no agreement is reached, the dispute shall be resolved by a competent Czech court.

By submitting an order, the Buyer agrees to these Terms and Conditions.

These Terms are effective as of June 1st, 2021.
